Custom-made folding mattress ideal as a bed for guests, for campers, caravans, trucks, etc. It has a multitude of applications, and is ideal for small spaces, when the time comes to pick it up, you just have to fold it and store it. In addition, it includes removable zipper to facilitate the washing of the cover.
The standard folding mattress isdesigned with three cores, joined by two folds that are applied in the width of the folding. The handle goes in the core of the center and is only included in the standard model.

- You want two cores (one fold) or four cores (three folds). You should know that it does not include a handle (the handle cannot be included in even core models).
- You want the fold to go in the length of the folding. The standard design is always in width.

- Density 20 kg/m3: it is a soft foam . Ideal for baby mattresses, armrests or very soft seats. They are used to support a light weight.
- Density 23 kg/m3: it is a medium foam. Ideal for sofa backs, soft supports... It is used to support an average weight.
- Density 26 kg/m3: it is a firm foam . Ideal for mats, sofa seats, sofa beds, pallet sofas... Due to its great firmness, this foam is perfect to combine with viscoelastic.
If you want a plus of quality we have HR non-deformable foam that guarantees greater durability and a soft density. It is also IGNIFUGE.
RH 35 kg/m3: it is a non-deformable foam. Ideal for sofa seats, durable mattresses over time, pallet sofas... Perfect also to combine with viscoelastic.
BREATHABILITY: HR foams are much more breathable than other foams. So it makes them suitable for any type of base, whether slatted box spring, upholstered base or canapé.
FIRMNESS AND DURABILITY: It quickly recovers its shape, so it guarantees a perfect state of firmness for a long time.
GOOD ADAPTABILITY: Decreases the pressure of the mattress against the body, providing a better rest and avoiding sudden movements at night in search of the best posture for our rest.
GREATER RESISTANCE TO MOISTURE AND TEMPERATURE CHANGES.
